Terms of use
This is a working draft for the closed beta. By signing in you agree to use RiderSign on these terms until reviewed terms replace them.
The beta
- RiderSign is in a closed beta for invited firms. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times.
- Launching a deal is free during the beta.
- Tell us about anything that looks wrong at support@ridersign.ai.
Your account
- Sign in with your own work email. Don't share your sign-in codes.
- You're responsible for what is done from your account and for the deal information your team adds.
The NDAs
- The Master NDA and each rider are agreements between the parties who sign them. RiderSign is not a party.
- The Master NDA is a beta draft. Have your own counsel review it before you rely on it for a live deal.
- RiderSign doesn't give legal advice.
- RiderSign records each signature with the signer's name, title, firm, email, time, IP address, device and a fingerprint of the exact documents signed, and keeps signing records and audit logs for 7 years after a deal is archived or closed. The bankers running a deal can download them as an evidence pack.
Fair use
- Use RiderSign only for real deals you are part of.
- Don't try to see another firm's deals, get around the company-name rule, or overload the service.
No guarantees
The beta is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, RiderSign isn't liable for indirect losses from using it.
